Ann-Britt specializes in business law areas such as company law, contract law and employment law. She has extensive experience with business law advice, negotiations and dispute resolution, with a particular focus on contract law, trade agreements and cooperation structures. In addition, she has extensive expertise in data protection (GDPR) and property law.
She assists both Norwegian and international companies across industries with strategic legal advice, drafting and negotiation of contracts as well as general business law assistance. She has particular experience in guiding start-ups in how they can organise and run businesses in a legally secure manner.
Ann-Britt has several years of experience as a senior lawyer at Schjødt, where she assisted clients with complex issues and strategic legal advice. Prior to this, she worked as a lawyer in various law firms and organizations, including the Norwegian Dental Association and the Norwegian Automobile Association. She has also held board positions and held positions in the Norwegian Bar Association. In addition, she has studied psychology for several years both in London and in Oslo.
In addition to her law practice, Ann-Britt is an entrepreneur and runs a legal course specifically designed for online entrepreneurs. With her unique combination of legal expertise and entrepreneurial spirit, she helps companies navigate regulatory requirements and build a sustainable business model.
