Asta Ellingsen Stenhagen has more than 20 years of experience as a lawyer. She has a broad background from industrial and technology companies, where she has worked both as in-house counsel and in executive and board roles. In recent years, she has established herself as a strategic advisor to growth companies.
Asta holds a Cand.jur. (Master of Laws) degree from the University of Oslo, supplemented by studies at Aarhus University and project management studies at the University of Oslo. She has several years of experience as General Counsel and has been a member of executive management teams, with responsibility for areas including finance, risk management, compliance, quality management, crisis management, and security. She has been affiliated with Wilh. Wilhelmsen, Advokatfirmaet Thommessen, Tieto, and Morrow Batteries.
In addition to her operational experience, Asta has extensive board expertise. She currently serves as Chair of the Board of HydrogenPro ASA and ComplAI AS, and as a Board Member of General Oceans ASA.
